We are a community based, volunteer landscape committee that has worked on greening projects in the North Oakland Highway 24/13 corridor since 1979. The Oakland Landscape Committee (OLC) is a local affiliate of California ReLeaf, the statewide grassroots tree-planting network and serves as the landscape committee of the North Hills Community Association. We are a non-profit organization funded by private donations as well as corporate and foundation grants.
